SAP P2S Business Analyst

Salary: $187,200 - 187,200 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 3+ years of experience in SAP P2S business analysis.
• We need experience gathering manufacturing process requirements and translating business needs into SAP-based solutions.
• We require experience documenting business processes for production, manufacturing, and logistics.
• We need support experience with SAP PP, MM, QM, and S/4HANA, including configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and end-user assistance.
• We are looking for experience resolving production planning, production scheduling, batch management, dispatch integration, and production issues.
• We require experience supporting SAP enhancements, plant rollouts, go-live activities, and production stabilization.
• We need experience with functional testing, including test case development, UAT coordination, and business process validation.
• We require experience coordinating with production, logistics, and plant personnel for training and user support.
• We are looking for experience creating and maintaining end-user training materials and support documentation.
• We require knowledge of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, plant operations, dispatch, logistics, plant safety, quality standards, and internal controls.
• We need strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred qualifications include SAP certifications in PP or MM.
• Preferred qualifications also include experience with Command Alkon Cloud Dispatch or similar dispatch and logistics platforms.

• We gather requirements across production, plant operations, and logistics and turn them into functional SAP specifications.

• We help integrate SAP with plant dispatch platforms such as Command Alkon Cloud Dispatch.
• We support production planning, scheduling, dispatch, production order management, and batch management.
• We assist with plant operations, quality inspection, plant maintenance, and production reporting.
• We troubleshoot issues related to production planning, dispatch integration, plant maintenance, and SAP applications.
• We support SAP enhancements, deployments, plant rollouts, and broader implementation efforts across the production network.
• We help ensure compliance with internal controls, plant safety standards, and quality regulations.
• We collaborate with production, plant operations, logistics, and IT stakeholders across the enterprise.
• We develop and execute test cases, support UAT, and validate business processes.
• We provide end-user training, create training documentation, and support user adoption.

We are offering a remote 6-12 month+ contract opportunity with occasional travel to the DFW area. This role supports the modernization of enterprise manufacturing and production operations as we move toward SAP S/4HANA. We provide a salary range of up to $90 W2+ based on experience, and eligible team members may also receive discretionary bonuses along with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
