About the RoleAs a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. This position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and thrives in a collaborative setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Greet and prepare patients for examinations, ensuring their comfort and addressing any initial concerns.
- Accurately document patient medical histories and vital signs.
- Assist healthcare providers during examinations and minor procedures.
- Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
- Ensure exam rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to create a positive patient experience.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset to support the clinic’s operations.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
