Job Family:Data Science ConsultingTravel Required:NoneClearance Required:Active Top Secret (TS)What You Will Do:The Data Analyst & IT Consultant will oversee and manage the requirements gathering, development, and integration of information technology tools and programs to enable and support the facilities and real estate management functions of the client. The Data Analyst & IT Consultant will build relationships with portfolio managers and other stakeholders to quickly and expediently address issues or opportunities that may arise related to the communications, tracking, and management of the facilities portfolio.Tasks include, but are not limited to:Meets with facilities management stakeholders to gather IT requirements for development of internal tools and communication sites.Interacts regularly with clients to ensure that objectives are being met while anticipating and responding to client needs.Develop and assist with deployment of IT and AI tools (e.g., SharePoint, Tririga, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Access, Python, CoPilot, etc) for client use.Performs regular reviews of tools, recommends, and develops enhancements, fixes, and revisions as necessary.Works closely with the Assistant Real Estate Manager and Real Estate Manager on projects and management of facilities IT tools and sites.Prepares reports to track project status and inform management decision making.Run standard reports for management review and runs ad hoc reports with assistance. Assist with the design of reports utilizing a variety of software tools. Prepare and distribute critical date reports; maintain tickler system for tracking important dates and tasks. Perform other duties as assigned.What You Will Need:An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearanceBachelor's degree; FOUR (4) years' additional professional experience in lieu of a degree.Minimum THREE (3) or more years of experience in managing Enterprise level software development, implementation and deployment in government or corporate section.This role requires 5 days a week on-site in Washington, DC. What Would Be Nice To Have:FIVE (5) or more years of experience in managing Enterprise level software development, implementation and deployment in government or corporate section.Experience with Microsoft Software Development in SharePoint or Microsoft Solution Associate, SQL, or other database development (certifications are a plus)CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacyPMP certificationExperience with of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Access, MS SQL Server, SharePoint Business Intelligence and Project ManagementReal estate license preferredExperience developing and deploying solutions using AI tools such as CoPilotExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customersAbility to effectively present informationAbility to respond to sensitive issuesAbility to solve problems with organizational objectives in mindIntermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office SuiteDecisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, organizational policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlinesThe annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00.
