Major Duties & Responsibilities Welcome all customers and set expectations Custom‑fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses Act as a leader in optical acumen Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions Accurately and thoroughly use technology despite time pressure and customer volume, applying exceptional product knowledge and appropriate tools Proactively explore root causes of issues, forward‑think, and ensure customers are satisfied and expectations are exceeded Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies Maintain store appearance and keep the store clean, attractive, and organized Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices Be resourceful, self‑motivated, and continuously seek learning, improvement, and results Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management Basic Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent State licensure Optical dispensing experience Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder Knowledge of current store merchandise Strong basic math skills Awareness of current fashion trends Sales skills – ability to use and carry an iPad or tablet Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators Embrace new technology and change Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service and retail experience Pay Range 22.93 - 35.76 Benefits Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off and vacation, and various employee discounts.
