Wintergreen is a 243-unit affordable and workforce housing community in Dillon, CO, offering housing through workforce housing programs, LIHTC, CDBG, and HDG. We’re looking for an Assistant Property Manager who thrives in a collaborative, resident-focused environment and is excited to contribute to the continued success of a well-established community.What You'll Do:Support day-to-day operations of the community while partnering closely with the Property Manager.Lease apartments in compliance with Workforce Housing, Fair Housing, and Affordable Housing Laws.Conduct tours, manage applications, leases, renewals, and resident follow-up.Build strong relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and community partners.Assist with compliance paperwork, annual certifications, and coordination with the Compliance team.Manage rent collection activities, resident notices, service requests, and general administrative tasks.Support budgeting activities, invoice coding, vendor coordination, and basic financial processes.Assist with move-ins, move-outs, evictions, and court-related documentation as needed.What You'll Bring:Two or more years of leasing, property management, or customer service experience.Working knowledge of affordable/workforce housing programs and compliance requirements preferred.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Strong customer service and communication skills.Comfort handling administrative tasks, financial processes, and confidential information.Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive Hourly pay starting at $27 to $30/hour.Medical, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family covered.401(k) with a 6% company match to help you invest in your future.18 days of PTO plus 11.5 paid holidays so you can recharge.Paid parental leave and disability coverage for added peace of mind.Lifestyle Spending Accounts that support your overall well-being.Career growth opportunities, training, and long-term stability with a growing organization.Application Deadline: August 26th, 2026If you’re ready to make an impact in an affordable & workforce housing community and grow your career with a company that values people and purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
