Scope of Services Conduct comprehensive, whole-person telemedicine evaluations, including detailed history, review of records, and advanced diagnostic testing, to uncover the root causes of chronic and complex illness. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans that combine conventional medicine with evidence-based integrative therapies. Provide ongoing care for patients with thyroid and hormone imbalances, chronic fatigue, autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, chronic infections, and metabolic dysfunction. Deliver preventive care, health maintenance, and lifestyle guidance that supports long-term wellness. Create an exceptional patient experience, making every person feel heard and cared for, whether by video, phone, or secure messaging. Handle follow-up for your patients, including calls, prescription refills, letters of medical necessity, and correspondence. Collaborate with HMG's clinical team on complex cases, treatment strategies, and the patient experience. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.
