School Behavior Technicians Needed!

?? Behavior Technician - Prince William County (Manassas / Woodbridge area)

Pay Rate: $22/hr School Year: 2026-2027 Setting: Multiple school sites across Prince William County, VA

Role Overview

We are hiring Behavior Technicians to support students with disabilities in structured school environments throughout the district. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident managing challenging behaviors and skilled in maintaining a calm, supportive presence during moments of escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students with disabilities across the school day

• Assist teachers with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional instruction

• Implement individualized behavior plans and reinforcement strategies

• Use de-escalation techniques to maintain safety and support student regulation

• Document behaviors and communicate observations to school staff

• Contribute to a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with students with disabilities

• Strong comfort with behavior management and de-escalation

• Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-focused

• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills

• Team-oriented mindset and ability to follow direction from school staff

Schedule & Locations

• Full-time, Monday-Friday

• Follows the 2026-2027 school calendar

• Positions available at multiple school sites in Manassas and Woodbridge
