UTILITY PROGRAM RELATIONS SUPERVISOR (CLASS CODE 3463)

Job Title

Responsible supervisory and technical work in assigning, coordinating, participating in, and leading activities of utility program specific communications plans for the Deputy General Superintendent of Water Programs.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Possession of a valid driver's license. *

2. A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. *

3. Five (5) years of experience in call center, customer service center or performing related customer service functions including one year experience in a management or supervisory capacity.
