Travel LPN/LVN Opportunity

Immediate need for a talented Travel LPN/LVN. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Walsenburg, CO (Onsite). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
• Work 12-hour night shifts to ensure continuous patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Adhere to the 60-mile radius rule for travel assignments.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Active Colorado LPN/LVN license is required.
• Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
• Previous nursing home experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to meet travel assignment requirements.
