Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
Document therapy services accurately and in a timely manner
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs per state practice acts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain before start)
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

Patient evaluation and evidence-based treatment planning
Therapy documentation and regulatory compliance
Supervision and delegation to PTAs and Rehab Techs
Interdisciplinary collaboration and patient/family education
Time management and adaptability in skilled nursing settings
