KTA provides high‑level coaching to juniors, recreational players, and high‑performance athletes across more than three decades of legacy. Safe, lively, and supportive atmosphere International coaching team On-the-job training Growth opportunities within the academy Responsibilities Assist the head coach in planning and running training sessions and practices Instruct athletes in private and group sessions Help develop athletes' skills, techniques, and strategies Monitor and evaluate athlete progress and performance Collaborate with the coaching team on game plans and player development Ensure safety and well‑being of athletes during practices and matches Help maintain equipment and training facilities Qualifications Previous experience coaching or teaching juniors and adults Solid knowledge of tennis competition and technique Strong communication skills to deliver instruction and feedback clearly Ability to demonstrate and teach proper technique Behavior‑management skills for working with children and young adults Ability to have hitting sessions with top junior players (up to ~11 UTR) Schedule & Compensation Type: Full‑time and part‑time positions available Pay: $35–$60 per hour How to Apply Email View email address on click.appcast.io or call View phone number on click.appcast.io .
