Your Role and Responsibilities
- Employ advanced radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician review
- Engage collaboratively with radiologists and the healthcare team to promote accurate diagnoses
- Ensure optimal patient positioning and equipment calibration for the best imaging results
- Adhere to stringent radiation safety protocols for both patients and colleagues
- Maintain thorough records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep
- Deliver compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging journey
- Contribute to a structured, secure, and effective imaging environment
Education and Certification Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree holds added value
- Graduate of an accredited radiology program
Essential Certifications
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
- Current BLS certification or the ability to secure one within 90 days of hire
