Day In The Life of a Licensed Practical Nurse As a Licensed Practical Nurse you provide care for the residents of Holy Cross House. You arrive punctually, ready to work in a clean and bright facility. You learn and understand the needs of residents, offering a loving and caring interaction. You notice residents’ needs and take the initiative to provide medical, nutritional, emotional, and/or spiritual care. You remain confidential, follow instructions accurately and safely, and can work calmly under pressure while providing leadership to the nursing team. Your positive attitude and proactive communication earn the appreciation of your teammates. Qualifications Diploma from a certified nursing program and 1–3 years of relevant experience Current and valid Practical Nurse license in the State of Indiana Current and valid CPR certification Experience with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment Outstanding interpersonal communication skills Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including standing and walking throughout the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds Work Schedule This part‑time position averages 20 hours per week and offers two shift options: 1st shift (6:30 am–3:00 pm) or 2nd shift (2:30 pm–11:00 pm). #J-18808-Ljbffr
