Job Title: Packaging Associate

Job Description

The Packaging Associate supports high-volume manufacturing and monitoring of automated equipment, assembling, and performing quality checks throughout the production process. This role involves working across multiple production areas, handling materials and components to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe packaging of completed assemblies.

Essential Skills

• At least 6 months of consistent work history in a warehouse environment

• Ability to lift and safely handle items weighing up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly to follow build sheets, safety instructions, and production documentation.

• Comfort working with hand tools and power tools to assemble components and secure hardware.

Work Environment

The role is based in a modern manufacturing facility with extremely clean, well-lit production areas and buildings built within the last several years. The workspace is fully climate-controlled, offering comfortable temperatures across all seasons. Production Associates work with brand-new machinery and equipment in an electronics manufacturing environment. Multiple shifts are available: 1st shift runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; 2nd shift runs Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.; 3rd shift runs Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with optional overtime opportunities on Saturdays and Sundays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
