Certified Mobile Notary Service is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Mobile Notary Public to specialize in real estate closings. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of real estate transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct mobile notarial acts for real estate closings, including loan signings, mortgage documents, and property deeds.
- Travel to client locations as needed to facilitate signings, ensuring all documents are properly executed and compliant with legal requirements.
- Verify the identities of signers, witness their signatures, and administer oaths or affirmations as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with real estate agents, lenders, and title companies to coordinate signings and address any specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of notarial acts and transactions, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Active Notary Public commission in your state.
- Previous experience as a mobile notary public, with a focus on real estate closings, is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of real estate documents and transaction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, ensuring timely completion of signings.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as required.
Compensation: Competitive compensation package, with rates typically ranging from $125.00 to $200.00 per real estate closing, based on experience and location.
