As a Security Officer Patrol Agent in Oklahoma City, OK , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a dynamic tech, media, and telecommunications location. In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or public emergency personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and/or perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and support visitor management processes in line with site-specific protocols.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, employees, and/or guests regarding security-related concerns, access questions, and post instructions while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid Law Enforcement Officer License is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
