Requirements

Cosmetic Dentistry
Licensed dental hygienist

Licensure: Valid, active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Experience: 3 years of clinical dental hygiene experience is highly preferred, though stellar, confident professionals with a strong grasp of advanced tech are welcome to apply.
Technical Skills: Prior hands-on experience or certified training with dental lasers, digital scanners, and Invisalign case presentation is strongly preferred.
Core Traits: A friendly, high-energy, and detail-oriented mindset with a natural ability to multitask while executing elite-level patient care.
Commute: Reliable ability to commute to our beautiful office at 8835 Sheldon Road, Elk Grove, CA 95624.

Job Description

High-Standard Preventative Care: Deliver comprehensive oral prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and personalized periodontal maintenance therapy.
Advanced Technology Integration: Utilize digital scanners and modern dental tech to capture highly accurate intraoral records.
Invisalign Treatment Presentation: Collaborate with the Doctor to identify orthodontic opportunities and comfortably present Invisalign solutions to patients.
Laser Therapy Application: Administer advanced laser hygiene treatments (where applicable) to support optimal tissue healing and pocket reduction.
Multi-Tasking & Collaboration: Adapt seamlessly to a fast-paced environment, working hand-in-hand with clinical and administrative teammates to maintain flawless patient flow.
