Family Practice - Without OB Physician

We are seeking a Locums PrimaryCare Physician to join a patient-focused outpatient clinic South of TucsonArizona. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a physician who is passionateabout delivering high-quality, value-based care while building meaningfulrelationships with an adult patient population.

The ideal candidate willhave prior experience practicing in a value-based primary care clinic and iscommitted to preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and improvinglong-term patient outcomes.

Compensation : $140+ per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and population health initiatives.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving quality outcomes.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Foster long-term relationships with patients through compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain.
• DEA registration or eligibility.
• Previous value-based primary care clinic experience is required.
• Strong commitment to quality metrics, preventive care, and patient satisfaction.
