Description - NEW INCREASED WAGES! Press Brake Operators now earn $25.35$35.00 per hour! Looking for a job that pays well, challenges your skills, recognizes quality work, and supports your growth? PMI is currently seeking Experienced Press Brake Operators to help build high-quality parts and assemblies that meet precise standards. Experience in a manufacturing setting is required, press brake operating experience preferred.
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM. 3-day weekend every week!
What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Perform precise measurements and calculations using basic math
- Conduct routine maintenance and ensure press brake machines run efficiently
- Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes for material handling as needed
- Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Position Requirements - What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a manufacturing setting required
- Experience operating press brake machines preferred
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Solid understanding of basic math for accurate fabrication
- Experience with machining, laser cutting, or fabrication is a plus
- Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools
- Forklift and crane operation experience is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds unassisted. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
