Evening Hospice RN Case Manager - Impactful Care 7-on/7-off

MultiCare Health System is seeking an RN Case Manager for the Hospice team in Washington. You will coordinate interdisciplinary plans of care, guide patient progress toward clinical and cost-effective outcomes, and contribute to a best-in-class nursing environment. We seek a registered nurse with WA licensure, BLS, and hospice experience; advanced degrees are a plus.
