Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for CNC Machinist openings in Lino Lakes, MN . This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow their skills in a precision machining environment.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $28-32.20/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Location: Lino Lakes, MN

Key Responsibilities

CNC Machine Operation - Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components
Blueprint Interpretation - Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications
Tooling Adjustments - Make offsets, change tooling, and adjust machine parameters to maintain part quality
Quality Inspection - Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools to verify part accuracy
Machine Maintenance - Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventative maintenance on equipment

Qualifications

CNC Experience - 1-2 years of CNC machining experience preferred
Mechanical Aptitude - Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
Math & Measurement Skills - Ability to perform basic shop math and use precision measuring tools
Problem-Solving - Ability to identify and correct machining issues
Dependability - Strong attendance and commitment to quality work
