Compensation: Commission-Based | Expected Earnings: $200,000–$300,000+ Annually

We are seeking a high-performing Luxury Outdoor Sales Consultant who combines exceptional sales ability with an appreciation for architecture, design, and luxury living. The Opportunity

This is not a transactional sales role. You will guide homeowners, designers, architects, and builders through a consultative, multi-step sales process focused on creating customized outdoor living experiences.

Best of all, you'll spend your time selling, not prospecting.

All leads are warm, inbound. These are homeowners who have already expressed interest and are actively exploring solutions for their outdoor spaces.

What You'll Do

Lead the Consultative Sales Process

• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial consultation through contract execution.
• Conduct in-home appointments with qualified prospects.
• Build trust and guide clients through a structured, multi-step sales process.
• Present customized solutions that align with each client's vision, lifestyle, and property.

Design & Inspire

• Help clients visualize luxury outdoor living environments.
• Provide recommendations regarding design, functionality, aesthetics, and structural integration.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, builders, and homeowners to ensure project success.

Utilize Technology & CRM Systems

• Effectively manage opportunities using CRM and sales workflow platforms.
• Track activities, proposals, follow-up tasks, and pipeline progression.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Quickly learn and confidently use new technology, software, and digital tools to support the sales and design process.

Build Strategic Relationships

• Develop relationships with architects, landscape designers, custom home builders, and industry professionals.
• Generate referrals and expand brand awareness throughout the Bay Area.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in:
• In-home sales
• Luxury home improvement
• Outdoor living products
• Construction-related sales
• High-ticket consultative sales
• Demonstrated success managing a structured, multi-step sales process.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales tracking systems.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using new software, digital tools, and technology as part of the sales and design process.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Northern California for client appointments.

Strongly Preferred

• Background in architecture, architectural products, construction, landscape design, outdoor living, or related industries.
• Ability to read or discuss architectural plans, blueprints, and design concepts.
• Existing relationships with architects, designers, builders, contractors, or developers.
• Passion for luxury design and creating exceptional client experiences.
