Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 15+ Years of management experience in the cement or similar industrial facility
• Minimum of 8 years in maintenance management (Cement Plant Environment)
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects (preferred)
• International working experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the maintenance operations across multiple regions
• Developing and implementing maintenance strategies
• Leading a team of maintenance professionals
• Monitoring performance metrics and KPIs
• Managing the approval process for CAPEX initiatives
