Customer Service Specialist FULL-TIME

Responsibilities Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. They promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, remain current with product features, and maintain high quality and visual standards of products and the store. The role requires healthy customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. Job Requirements Contact with customers may include minors and involves handling cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, and personal information.
