Please review the below PA requirements. All fingerprints must be submitted to onboarding before the candidate can be cleared to start.


1. Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance . This is an electronic application and by creating an account and submitting your clearance application online will give you immediate access to your results or the status of your results if your results cannot be processed immediately.

2. Client Fingerprinting Register online for fingerprint processing. Do so by going to the following website: enter Service Code: 1KG756 , click Schedule or Manage an Appointment and complete the fields. Once completed please print the confirmation page to take with you to get fingerprinted. You will need to pay at the site via credit care or money order.

3. FBI Department of Aging Fingerprinting Will accept fingerprinting completed within last two years.


**If candidate does not have the prints within the last two years, they must do so by going to the following website: enter Service Code: 1KG8RJ , click Schedule or Manage an Appointment and complete the fields. CHS Facility code is: 5129. Once completed please print the confirmation page to take with you to get fingerprinted. You will need to pay at the site via credit care or money order.
