Youll lead accounting and finance while working alongside our President and leadership team to guide decisions about operations, technology, investment, and growth.

In this role, youll:

  • Evaluate systems and explore automation and AI to improve efficiency, data integration, and visibility across the business.

  • Turn financial and operational data into meaningful dashboards and KPIs that help leaders understand results and take action.

  • Guide three- to five-year financial planning and evaluate capital investments and expansion opportunities, balancing growth with margins, productivity, and risk.

  • Own day-to-day accounting and finance, including financial close and reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and tax and audit oversight.

What youll bring
