Job Title: Quality Analyst – Shipping Support
Location: Whiteland, IN, 46184
Duration: 6 months on W2 contract
- Support onsite Client team by collaborating with the 3PL employees and internal Client customers related to shipping discrepancy claims.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement preventive measures to ensure ongoing quality and compliance.
- Support customer claims process and co-ordinate between shipping office and claims analyst team.
- Actively support the Quality team with additional activities as needed to meet quality targets and drive continuous improvement.
- Support oversight and administration of the returnable container program on behalf of Client.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lb. as required to support operational activities.
- Work is performed in both office and warehouse environments and may require walking and standing on the shop floor within a large warehouse environment.
Skills Needed for the Role:
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong computer skills and data analysis skills.
- Demonstrated experience with data entry, report generation, and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, databases).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
