This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who enjoys solving mechanical and electrical issues, supporting equipment reliability, and minimizing production downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive, predictive, emergency, and corrective maintenance on production, processing, packaging, and utility equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and automated equipment to restore production quickly and safelyConduct routine equipment inspections to identify potential issues before failures occurRead and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and work orders to complete repairsAssist with installation, startup, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipmentSupport production teams by troubleshooting equipment issues and helping reduce downtimeComplete work orders accurately and document all maintenance activities in the CMMS or maintenance tracking systemUtilize hand tools, power tools, electrical testing equipment, and material handling equipment safely and effectivelyFollow MRO procedures for parts usage, inventory, and maintenance documentationIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiencyMaintain compliance with OSHA regulations, GMPs, food safety standards, sanitation requirements, and company policiesCommunicate effectively with production, maintenance, and leadership teams regarding equipment status and repair prioritiesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical school or trade school education in industrial maintenance, electrical, PLCs, mechanical systems, welding, refrigeration, or related field preferred4+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and automated production equipmentExperience working with conveyors, packaging equipment, process equipment, motor controls, and industrial machineryAbility to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentationExperience using maintenance tools, electrical meters, and diagnostic equipmentBasic computer skills and experience completing maintenance documentationForklift certification or the ability to obtain certificationStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsMust be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishIf you're interested, please apply!
