Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedule: Friday–Sunday | 3x12s | 36 Hours/Week | Weekends Required | No Holiday Requirement | Optional On-Call
Local Candidates Required: Yes

Pay Rate
Local: $78.00 - $81.00/hour
Traveler: $80.00 - $85.00/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CT Scan Technologist to perform general CT, CTA, and perfusion studies while providing safe, accurate, and patient-centered diagnostic imaging.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of CT Technologist experience
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
- Active NJ DEP Diagnostic Radiography License
- ARRT R.T.(R) certification
- AHA BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of CT equipment, software, hardware, anatomy, and positioning
- PACS knowledge
- Experience with general CT with and without contrast, CTAs, and perfusion
- Experience with Revolution CT scanner
- Venipuncture and IV maintenance experience
- Ability to administer contrast media
- English proficiency
- Ability to meet physical requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- ARRT R.T.(CT) certification
- EPIC experience
Responsibilities
- Perform complex CT procedures and produce sectional and 3D images
- Review clinical history and determine appropriate CT protocols
- Prepare and document contrast questionnaires in EPIC
- Determine and administer contrast media
- Perform general CT, CTA, and perfusion studies
- Evaluate images in PACS
- Prepare and position patients
- Perform venipuncture and maintain IV access
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions
- Explain procedures and address patient concerns
- Coordinate outside imaging for comparison
- Maintain EPIC and PACS documentation
- Provide patient-centered care
- Maintain CEU requirements
- Participate in scheduled weekend shifts and optional on-call assignments
