Graphic Design Coordinator, Training & Retail Learning

Summary The Graphic Design Coordinator supports the development and design of training programs and in-store learning tools for Retail, Customer Care and Wholesale teams. This role combines visual storytelling and brand-led design to create digital and print training assets that improve the selling experience. It requires strong Adobe CC skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across functional teams in a hybrid New York office. Responsibilities Develop and execute design concepts for internal training programs and learning assets Apply and uphold brand standards while introducing fresh visual approaches Partner with cross-functional colleagues to gather content and requirements for training tools Coordinate logistics and resources for digital platforms and project delivery Research industry trends and find creative solutions to enhance in-store learning Perform administrative and coordination tasks to support the education team Requirements 1-2 years of design experience; retail experience a plus Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud; high-level InDesign skills required Basic Premiere Pro/After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator skills are a plus Familiarity with digital learning platforms/LMS a plus; strong written and verbal communication Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
