Certified Medical Assistant – Outpatient Clinic at Ranken Jordan

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Every patient and family deserves to feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. In this role at Ranken Jordan, you’ll play an important role in making that happen.

You’ll be a familiar, reassuring presence for patients and families while helping our clinical team deliver exceptional care. This role is approximately 75% administrative/computer -based, with hands-on clinical support throughout the day.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and families and guide them through their visit.
• Manage registration, scheduling, insurance authorizations, payments, and check-out.
• Answer patient calls and help connect families with the right member of the care team.
• Room patients, obtain vitals, and update medications, allergies, and other clinical information.
• Keep patient records accurate and clinic operations moving smoothly.
• Partner with nurses and clinicians to create a positive, compassionate experience for every family.

What You Bring

• Completion of a Certified Medical Assistant program.
• CMA or RMA certification
• 1–2 years of pediatric clinic experience required.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
