Overview American Family Insurance Agent is an independent contractor role that focuses on creating financial stability and making a positive impact on customers’ lives. You will represent American Family and its products exclusively, manage your agency’s growth, and build a reliable team. Responsibilities Manage overall agency operations, sales, and growth. Hire and lead a team to meet strategic business goals. Represent American Family and its subsidiary partners’ products and services. Develop and protect the financial security of policyholders. Qualifications Obtain Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses. Pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background check. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a proven track record of success. Benefits Unlimited compensation potential, including a New Agent Incentive Program.
