Job Details

Lead day-to-day operations across multiple care centers, balancing corporate oversight and on-site presence Drive growth initiatives, including provider expansion and M&A activity Oversee financial performance with full P&L responsibility and budgeting oversight Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including CMS standards Champion patient satisfaction, quality assurance, and risk management programs Master of Business Administration (preferred) Bachelor's degree required 7+ years of practice management experience Proven multi-site leadership experience Strong financial acumen with exposure to revenue cycle management Demonstrated ability to lead within a physician partner model and drive change
