Head of PMO | Sterile Fill-Finish CDMO | Raleigh, NC The Opportunity Our client, a fast-growing sterile fill-finish CDMO serving biologics and pharma packaging clients, is hiring a Head of PMO to build and lead their project management office from the ground up. This is a foundational hire with direct visibility to senior leadership and real ownership over how the business delivers for its clients. The Role Design and stand up the PMO function: structure, governance, and methodology Lead cross-functional project delivery across tech transfer, validation, and commercial manufacturing Partner with Operations, Quality, and Client Services to keep programs on track and compliant Manage a portfolio of complex, regulated biologics and sterile injectable programs Report into senior leadership with a mandate to scale the function as the business grows What You'll Bring 5+ years PMO leadership experience within a CDMO, or sterile injectables environment A track record of building or scaling a PMO function, not just operating within one Strong working knowledge of GMP project environments and client-facing program delivery Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure to a fast-moving, growth-stage organization Why Apply This is a rare opportunity to shape how a scaling CDMO delivers for its clients, with genuine influence over process, structure, and team as the business grows.
