Quick Facts Location: Victorville, CA (12370 Hesperia Road) Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 3-6 months (potential for perm) Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day 5x8) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract (with potential for permanent) License/Certifications: Must be BC or BE in Family or Internal Medicine; licensed in CA or IMLC Experience: Prior primary care experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $170.43/hr Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits included (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time Travel & lodging covered Additional reimbursements: Licensure, certification, travel, and others as applicable What You’ll Do Provide primary care services to adult and geriatric patients in a busy outpatient setting Perform procedures such as PAPs, cryo, punch biopsies, and simple wound care May perform joint injections and toenail removals, based on experience and support Prescribe medications and manage ongoing patient care Document encounters accurately using NextGen EMR Collaborate with a team of physicians and APPs to ensure quality patient outcomes Support a patient volume of approximately 15-18 patients daily What You Need Active, unrestricted license in CA or IMLC Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine 2+ years of primary care experience preferred Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment This assignment is with a leading healthcare facility in Victorville, CA, dedicated to providing high-quality primary care to diverse patient populations.
