Plumbing Service Technician

As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will deliver high-quality plumbing services to residential customers, including water heater servicing, water testing, and system inspections. Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing maintenance and service calls for residential customers, including diagnostics and repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates and detailed proposals for service, repair, and replacement options.
• Conduct routine SCA maintenance to ensure system longevity and optimal performance.
• Inspect and service water, drain, and gas systems, as well as fixtures and valves.
• Educate customers on maintenance needs and available solutions, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Document all work performed, including system details, services completed, and customer discussions.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and uphold company values in every customer interaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and ethical standards.
• Maintain company-provided vehicle, equipment, and uniforms in a clean and organized manner.
• Support a positive work environment by fostering respect, professionalism, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional demeanor and respect for customers and their property
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire for a long-term career
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
• Ability to pass background, driving, and drug screening

Compensation

$55,000–$85,000 per year (Hourly + Incentive Pay)

Sign on bonus based on experience
