Job Summary:
A registered nurse position is available on a medical surgical floor located in Greeley, Colorado. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day. Job Details:

• Shift Time: Nights
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in Colorado or a compact license for the current state of practice. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required. Experience in the clinical area for which applying is desired, including a minimum of one year in an acute care hospital within the past 12 months, is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is preferred. Professional certification is also preferred.
• Additional Information: Employees working at certain facilities may require specific fingerprint clearance cards, which must be maintained throughout employment.
• Responsibilities include assessing patient needs across multiple domains, developing and implementing individualized care plans, coordinating with the healthcare team, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient care activities. The role may include oversight of other staff members and interaction with patients, families, and external healthcare providers in various settings.
