Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to neonatal patients, utilizing best practices in line with unit policies and procedures.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate patient care and create an optimal environment for neonates and their families.
• Participate in the management of critical care equipment, including ventilators and monitors.
• Float between units as required, providing care to patients under the age of two in pediatric units.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in WA or compact state at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years NICU experience is preferred.
• Certification in BLS and NRP required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• Ability to manage patient ratios of up to 1:3 efficiently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in interdisciplinary settings.
