Patient scheduling is structured to allow both productivity and quality time with each individual, supporting a strong therapeutic alliance and positive outcomes. You will collaborate closely with physical therapist colleagues, support staff, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure continuity of care and a seamless patient experience. Depending on clinic volume and specialty offerings, you may have opportunities to focus on particular interest areas such as sports medicine, post-operative rehabilitation, or work conditioning. Shifts are generally daytime hours on weekdays, with a schedule that may include some early morning or early evening appointments to meet patient needs.
