Resource Deployment Manager

Our clientis seeking a Resource Deployment Manager to join their team. As a Resource Deployment Manager, you will be part of the Human Capital Management department supporting project staffing and resource management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a detail-oriented approach, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title Resource Deployment Manager Location Irving, TX What's the Job? Manage and optimize project resource deployment to ensure timely delivery of services Coordinate with project managers and suppliers to align staffing needs with project demands Develop and maintain detailed resource management plans and reports Utilize business analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, and SmartSheet to analyze large datasets and automate tasks Ensure effective communication of resourcing issues and solutions to relevant stakeholders What's Needed? 6-10 or more years of relevant experience in resource management or consulting Proficiency in technical writing and project staffing processes Experience with Human Capital Management and resource management certification (RMCP preferred) Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy Excellent communication and presentation skills What's in it for me?
