Field Support Coordinator

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
$21.63/hour
We're seeking a detail-oriented Field Support Coordinator to support field technicians performing Retail IT installations, repairs, and equipment replacements. This role serves as the primary point of contact between technicians, internal teams, and customers to ensure successful service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to field technicians
- Coordinate technician scheduling and arrival readiness
- Assist with work order and service-related issues
- Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system
- Review service deliverables and time records
- Escalate service and performance concerns as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service/support experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional, reliable, and results-driven
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
