Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Rotating Days and Nights (3x12-Hour Shifts) | Every other weekend coverage expected | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a PCU/Stepdown setting with patient ratios of 4–6:1
• Work rotating day and night shifts, including every other weekend
• Maintain ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications throughout the assignment
• Float within the hospital and, if needed, to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius
• Complete all pre-start modules prior to entering the facility and adhere to all compliance timelines
• Be available to work every other holiday as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or active Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required — AHA certifications only accepted; must be current at submission
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license address to be eligible
• Must be willing to float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius if needed
• Fingerprinting, drug screen, required labs, and demographic sheet must be completed within 24–48 hours of signing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• Two supervisor references preferred at time of submission
• Prior travel nursing experience in a PCU or Stepdown setting
