Job Description Job Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Jr. Software Developer in the healthcare industry. The position is based in San Antonio, Texas. The Jr. Software Developer will be a part of our team, where they will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of software solutions to improve financial, clinical, and administrative systems. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and guidance in the development and operation of computer systems.
• Contribute to the programming and system analysis tasks, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Proficiently develop and maintain software solutions using programming languages such as SQL, C#, HTML, and XML.
• Work on data management methodology on multiple computer platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support and enhance the functionality of star+plus and its internal systems.
• Participate in backend development and API development tasks, adhering to agile scrum methodologies.
• Utilize Atlassian Jira for efficient project management and bug tracking.
• Involve in AB testing to ensure the software's functionality and performance.
• Participate in web application development, ensuring the applications meet the industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
• Proactively troubleshoot software issues and implement solutions to improve the software performance.• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking
• Experience in Backend Development, ensuring server-side web application logic
• Knowledge of Bug Tracking for software development
• Proficiency in C++ for system/application software development
• Experience with Database management and structure
• Knowledge of AB Testing for comparing two versions of a webpage or app
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology for project management
• Proficiency in Ajax for creating asynchronous web applications
• Experience in API Development for functionality and data exchange
• Knowledge of ASP.NET for web application development
• Experience with QNXT for healthcare management
• Proficiency in SQL for managing and manipulating databases
• Experience with C Sharp Programming (C#) for developing software applications
• Proficiency in Web Application Development for creating dynamic websites
• Knowledge of HTML for creating and designing web pages
• Experience with XML for encoding documents in machine-readable format.
