Why Boland:Named "Best Place to Work" by Washington Business Journal 19 timesIndustry leader in advanced HVAC technologyStrong culture of training, growth, and support  Client Service Representative: Responsible for attaining sales revenue targets as assigned, processing client orders and responding to client inquiries, and/or questions regarding Boland Supply.  Job Type: Full-timeWorkplace Type: OnsiteOffice Location: Largo, MDFLSA Status: Non-Exempt  What you will do:Will be trained on all store processes: sales, shipping and receiving, order staging, purchasing, warranty, basic HVAC Answer client calls, identifies parts and provides support to clients in a prompt and professional mannerIdentifies and processes client orders for HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies via the internet, fax, phone and over the counterOrder required partsResponds to client's inquiries or questions regarding products Drives sales by actively making clients aware of product promotionsResponsible for maintaining transactions via the cashbox/ drawer, checks and credit cards, as well as balancing at the end of the dayResponsible for warranty administrationStocking and general appearance of the showroom.Maintains accurate inventory status by adhering to proper processes and proceduresPrepares for and participates in physical inventory as scheduledPossesses knowledge of the product lines to be able to demonstrate and discuss with clientsMay load and unload shipment of parts, supplies, and equipmentHandles emergency phone and client service duties after hours as necessaryFlexibility to work overtime, as requiredOther duties as assigned What we're looking for:High School diploma or equivalent experience and education requiredAble to operate a forklift Technical sales or related experience is a plusExperience with HVAC or related business preferred Must be able to maintain a very organized email inbox.Detail-oriented, quick learner, motivated, organized, great communication and writing skills.
