The program is designed to support you as you work towards your FSA and provide the training and resources necessary to become a well-rounded actuarial leader.We're excited to bring on a Senior Associate Actuarial Analyst, Annuity Pricing to support rate setting on our Fixed and RILA products. You will also support ad hoc projects in pursuit of Pricing and LFG's strategic objectives.What you'll be doing:Perform monthly market analysis to guide new business rate setting decisions for Fixed Annuities and RILAPerform additional analysis to assist in asset purchase decisions, product pricing, and sales strategyRunning and consolidating actuarial models in AXIS and VBA to predict future profitability under different scenariosWhat we're looking for:Minimum of 4 actuarial exams passed1 to 4+ years of actuarial experience1 prior actuarial rotationStrong technical skillsIndependent, motivated, and collaborativeStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to quickly learn and apply new skills and informationExperience in or desire to learn Dataiku, AXIS, Tableau, SQL, Python and/or VBA is a plusApplication Deadline: Applications for this position will be accepted through September 15th, 2026 subject to earlier closure due to applicant volume.What's it like to work here? Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
