About Us We are a nationally recognized urology and sexual medicine practice caring for patients of all genders across a wide range of concerns, including sexual function (desire, arousal, orgasm, and pain), erectile dysfunction, urinary and vaginal infections, incontinence, prolapse, and perimenopause / menopause symptoms. Our work impacts more than our patients - we are shaping national conversations in sexual medicine and menopause through education, research, and advocacy efforts. Dr. Rachel Rubin is a board-certified urologist and one of the few physicians with fellowship training in sexual medicine for men and women. She founded this practice in 2022 to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care to people of all genders. With a bicoastal clinical team focused on sexual medicine – our multidisciplinary, inclusive approach includes close collaboration with pelvic physical therapists, sex therapists, and other medical and behavioral health professionals to improve sexual health and quality of life. Your Core Responsibilities Greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth Managing appointment scheduling and confirmations Checking patients in and out efficiently and accurately Collecting patient payments and maintaining accurate records Scanning and organizing patient documents and insurance cards Sorting and maintaining office paperwork and records Handling general inquiry calls and assisting patients with questions Contacting patients when providers are running behind schedule Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and assisting patients with professionalism and empathy Coordinating with providers and clinical staff to maintain seamless office flow Administrative & Operational Support and Growth Supporting overall office organization and administrative tasks Assisting with marketing and communications Required Qualifications Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply Candidates with experience in clinic operations/marketing/communication are encouraged to apply Interest in healthcare, medicine, communications, marketing, or patient experience preferred Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence Interest in healthcare, women’s health, sexual medicine, communications, marketing, or patient experience Comfortable in a medical office environment and discussing sensitive health topics professionally and compassionately Organized, detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to multitask Positive attitude, initiative, and eagerness to learn and grow Comfortable with technology and learning new systems (Google Workspace/EMR experience is a plus) Customer service, hospitality, administrative, healthcare, communications, or social media experience is a plus Ability to reliably commute to Bethesda, MD Stable, full‑time Mon‑Fri schedule with no weekends or evening clinics Opportunity to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities over time Supportive team culture where your work is appreciated and makes a difference Gain hands‑on knowledge about women’s health, sexual medicine, and hormone therapy Be part of a practice that values quality care and strong patient relationships Compensation & Benefits Base Full‑Time Salary: $42,000–$60,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience.
