Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) - Hybrid in DFW

Mindful Measures is seeking a talented pool of Licensed Specialists in School Psychology (LSSPs) for the upcoming 26-27 school year. Mindful Measures matches school psychologists to campuses in need to provide evaluations and services. Responsibilities: Conduct Full Individual Evaluations (FIEs) Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) as assigned Participate in ARD/IEP meetings for students served Collaborate with campus staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation Work Environment: Student-facing responsibilities, observations, and ARD/IEP meetings are conducted on campus Scoring, report writing, documentation, scheduling, and other administrative tasks may be completed remotely Testing materials and protocols are provided by Mindful Measures Qualifications: Current Texas LSSP license in good standing Experience conducting school-based evaluations and behavioral assessments Strong report writing, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with school teams What We Offer: Flexible scheduling Competitive contract rates Testing materials and technology provided Administrative and professional support Opportunities to make a meaningful impact in schools and communities Compensation: Paid per completed evaluation - amount depending on experience, evaluation type, and scope of services required.
