OTR CDL-A Truck Driver

Job Summary TA Dedicated is hiring professional CDL‑A truck drivers to join our dedicated 3M division. The operating area will have you running from Aberdeen, SD to IL, IA and TX with the potential of running the lower 48 states. This is a home weekly lane averaging 2,500–2,700 miles per week where you can expect to be home most weekends. Compensation Annual salary: $60,000 – $93,000. Average weekly pay: $1,800. Pay increase at 12 months of employment. New hire transition bonus paid in full on second paycheck: $500. Referral bonus: $3,000 per qualified driver. Daily incentive: $250 per day for two‑day paid orientation. Weekly orientation: 2 weeks out, 2–3 days home.
