Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years required License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate required, AWHONN Advanced preferred Must-Have: - Must be able to circulate - Must be able to perform sterile vaginal exams - Experience in large hospital settings is highly preferred Description: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse position available. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience, required. Experience in circulating is mandatory. Candidates must be able to perform sterile vaginal exams. Experience in large hospital settings is highly preferred. Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered. Candidates must be prepared for weekend shifts that may exceed every other weekend to accommodate unit needs. All travelers are expected to float between facilities within a given state. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Candidates must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays each year.
