Registered Nurse (RN) Endoscopy

Inova Fairfax Hospital is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse experience to join our fast-paced Saville Screening and Prevention Center. This is a full-time position; the schedule is 4x10 hour shifts Monday-Friday. No nights, weekends or call requirement; scrubs are provided. Primary responsibility is Intra-Procedure work. The Saville Screening and Prevention Center is a state-of-the-art Center with 4 Procedural Suites and 12 Pre-op/PACU Beds.Screenings completed at the center include EGDs, Colonoscopies, Bronchoscopies, Thoracentesis, Robotic EBUS, and Cytoscopies. GE/GI Nurse Qualifications: Minimum: One year of direct Operating Room (OR), Endoscopy or PACU experience as a Registered Nurse. If PACU Nurse, one year of critical care (ICU or ED) or PACU RN experience is required. RN license to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia. BLS healthcare provider certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) required. Education : BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associate's Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date. GE/GI Nurse preferred qualifications: Two or more years' experience in procedural area #J-18808-Ljbffr
